PA Hire & Engineering

Superior Sound Services started as a PA hire and Sound Engineering company and this still forms one of our core businesses. We can provide PA and engineering for any event from a simple announcement PA to an outdoor concert, and everything in between. Since forming in 2002 Superior Sound Services have provided engineering or PA for over 1200 events throughout the UK, and indeed the rest of the world.

With a large stock of industry standard equipment, and a pool of experienced and professional sound engineers, we offer a quality of service and an attention to detail rarely seen within the PA hire sector. With systems from 500 to 35,000 Watts, from a single microphone to 48 channels, we have a wide range of services which can ensure the best solution for all events.

Some services which we offer:

• Dry hire on smaller systems.
• PA hire with sound engineers, including dedicated monitor engineer.
• Systems with a technician if you have your own engineers.
• Engineering only for venues with in house PA.
• Touring engineers.
• All Engineering staff are experienced and degree qualified in a sound related subject.

Events 2010

Rhodes Rock '10

June 2010 sees Superior Sound Services providing engineering and crew for Rhodes Rock in Lindos on the Greek island of Rhodes. This event is quickly becoming established as the rock tribute event to book your holiday for. The '10 event features 7 of the UK's Top tributes perform: Letz Zep, Think Floyd, The Bohemians, Are You Experienced, A Foreigner's Journey, The ZZ Tops and Livewire.

Superior Sound is again providing a crew of 5 to cover all aspects of sound and stage management over the week long event, and a covers band made up of our crew performing at after show parties into the small hours!

Events 2009

Rhodes Rock '09

For the third year, Superior Sound Services provided engineering and crew for Rhodes Rock (formerly Floydfest) in Lindos on the Greek island of Rhodes. This event is quickly becoming established as the rock tribute event to book your holiday for. The '09 event saw 7 of the UK's Top tributes perform including Limehouse Lizzy, Letz Zep, Think Floyd and Are You Experienced.

Superior Sound provided a crew of 5 to cover all aspects of sound over the week long event, and even included a covers band made up of our crew performing at after show parties into the small hours!
